Very nice bag. Love that it can be carried as a backpack or over the shoulder. Quality bag, fully lined. Very roomy, can fit quite a lot. I added some leather flowers to it to personalize it a bit.I am so glad I found an exact replica. I have used mine for 8 years for every trip and finally the leather on one corner got rubbed off. Now I am good to go, let's see how long this time!I bought this backpack over a year ago. I have basically worn it everyday since. When I bought it, I knew I'd be traveling in some busy foreign cities, and I wanted to be able to lock it. I also wanted the ability to convert the straps to a shoulder bag (this can be very helpful in some museums, cathedrals, etc, that do not allow backpacks).I LOVE this bag. I have thought many times over this past year on what an excellent purchase it was. There is a little wear on it after a year, but I can't complain at all, it basically looks brand new.I have 3 kids, so I bought a small bag organizer for it to hold things like pens, band aids, chap stick, tide pens, scratch pad, nail files, etc. The front pocket holds a diaper and a kindle (not together, but those are the only things I put in it). I keep an A5 notebook in the main compartment, easily. A water bottle and a full size wallet fit in along with the notebook. My phone (and I've unfortunately gone through 3 since I've had this), fits in the back or inner pockets without trouble.I really have nothing bad to say about this bag. It's not too big, it's very functional, and it is stylish. I get comments on it regularly. I would absolutely recommend this bag, and would buy other items from this company. It is tall, large for a purse, small for a backpack. The straps have a funky way they work at the top that are one continuous strap threaded through two square rings. They sometimes get pulled through out of place when putting it on, not a good design. There are three inside pockets all piled on top of one another in the center of the back of the large pocket. That makes your stuff bulk up in one place. There are a couple more side by side open pockets inside the front of the large pocket. On the outside there is only that one secondary large pocket. Otherwise, the leather and workmanship is suburb. The lining is good heavy satin and the straps are reinforced with webbing. It is high quality and should last for years.I love this bag, with one exception; the shoulder straps do not stay in place. Possibly because they are designed to use in other ways, but I have to adjust them each time I put it on.I don't care about that though because the bag is so well made with so many compartments to put things. It's very roomy and accommodates all that I want to put in it. The workmanship if excellent; no hanging strings. The zippers open/close smoothly and it fits comfortably on my back. I just love it!This purse/backpack has been such a blessing. Recently I suffered an injury and need to use a can. This purse has been a life saver while going out shopping for the holidays and commuting to work. Very happ with my purchase.I love, love, love this bag! for short day trips, it can't be beat! I was worried because a few other reviewers mentioned it was almost full backpack sized... well, maybe they were little women. I'm 5'9, 200lbs, and this was about a medium sized purse for me. I don't carry much purse wise, so I can fit a few snacks, a bottle of water, spare phone battery, etc in here with no problems. I like to have my hands free for certain kinds of trips, so this is great. I can also reach around and drop my phone in and out of the front pocket if I want (though depending on the place you are going, you may or may not want to do this if you are wearing it backpack style). I didn't have any issues with the dye rubbing off like another reviewer said, although I bought it in red, not blue. Overall, an awesome bag that quickly moved up to one of my favs! This is the second time I bought this purse. The first time I bought it so that I could wear my purse when I rode my scooter. I loved it so much because I could be hands free. I also found I could stuff it full of stuff and my back didn't hurt at all. I used it as a daily purse, and I also traveled with it to Europe and Azerbaijan. The underwired in the seams started to poke through, but I loved it so much I just kept using it. The zippers and lining and leather were still great. Then, I went to Cadillac Ranch and leaned on the gate and got spray paint all over the purse. Very, very bummed. Started looking for another backpack purse, compared them all, and bought this one again. Has the best pockets inside and out, comfortable size for me, and I know it will last for years and years. This backpack was intended to be more of a fashion statement than a functional bag but ended up as both! The transaction was seamless and the bag is exactly as described. It came packaged well (the odd plastic smell goes away after a few hours of airing) with all zippers and hardware wrapped in plastic. The backpack itself is surprisingly sturdy and you can get away with carrying it instead of a purse. The straps aren't actually leather all the way through and are bonded to a nylon type strap but stays comfortable for an entire day of carrying. Overall, it's a lovely bag and fantastic for a day around the city with enough space for a sweater and some water.
